Everybody knows the pain of trying to go to sleep but just un able to switch off and when you finally get to sleep waking up ever hour for the silliest reasons. Not to mention having 8 hours of sleep to just wake up and feel drained as if you didn’t even go to sleep in the first place.
Well, I have 5 things you can implement today to make sure you get the sleep and recovery you deserve.
1. SWITCH OFF
Switch of those electronic devices at least 30 minutes before you go to bed. The devices promote wakefulness so aren’t ideal right before bed.
2. WIND DOWN
Create a night time routine to help you unwind at night, this might include shower/bath, read a book while sipping Adrenal Switch.
3. REGULAR SLEEP
Create a regular sleep pattern. Which means set a bed time and a wake time, make sure you stick to it and you will notice your body fall into a great sleep pattern.
Keep your room nice and dark as this will promote uninterrupted sleep.

Try to create quiet environment to sleep in. Our brain focuses on the noises around us even when we are asleep just in case, they prove to be dangerous.
